Process

No surprises. Just software, every two weeks.

Six stages, each ending in something you can see and approve.

Start with discovery
  1. 01 Week 1

    Discover

A working session with the people who will use the system. We map how work flows today, where it breaks, and what success looks like in numbers.

    Written scope, feature priorities, assumptions

  2. 02 Weeks 1–3

    Design

Wireframes, then high-fidelity Figma designs and the technical architecture. Nothing is built until you approve both.

    Clickable prototype, architecture document

  3. 03 Sprints of 2 weeks

    Build

Development in two-week sprints. Every sprint ends with working software on a staging link you can click through yourself.

Fortnightly demos, a live task board

  4. 04 1–2 weeks

    Test & harden

Functional, device and browser testing, a security review, performance tuning and SEO groundwork, before launch rather than after it.

    Test report, signed launch checklist

  5. 05 One planned day

    Launch

Deployment to your own cloud account, data migration, monitoring switched on, then a handover session with your team.

    Live system, docs, recorded walkthrough

  6. 06 Ongoing

    Support & grow

Monitoring, security updates, fixes and new features under a support plan with written response times.

    Named contact, SLA, quarterly roadmap

Senior by default

Architecture and code review by an engineer with 20+ years in production. Experience is not reserved for the sales call.

You own everything

Code, data, domains and cloud accounts sit in your name from the first commit. No lock-in, no exit fee.

Radical transparency

Estimates with their assumptions, fortnightly demos and a shared channel. Bad news arrives the week we know it.

Fast, secure, findable

Core Web Vitals, security reviews and SEO structure are part of the build, never upsells.

Global quality, Kolkata efficiency

International engineering standards at a cost base that makes sense, quoted in writing.

Here for the long run

Support plans with written response times. We plan for the release after next, not just launch day.

Project timeline

Anatomy of a 12-week build.

Scrub through a typical first release. Your timeline will differ; how visible it is will not.

Week 1 of 12

Discovery

Weeks 1

Understand the business

Stakeholder workshop, user interviews and a map of today's workflow. We agree what success looks like, in numbers.

  • Written scope
  • Prioritised backlog
  • Risk register

Weeks 2–3

See it before it is built

Wireframes become high-fidelity Figma screens and a clickable prototype, alongside the technical architecture.

  • Clickable prototype
  • Design system
  • Architecture document

Weeks 4–9

Working software, every two weeks

Three two-week sprints. Each one ends with a demo on a staging link, a written update and your feedback built into the next.

  • Staging environment
  • Sprint demos
  • Automated tests

Weeks 10–11

Find problems before customers do

QA across devices, a security review, load testing, accessibility and SEO checks, then user acceptance testing with your team.

  • Test report
  • Security review
  • UAT sign-off

Weeks 12

A calm launch day

Deployment to your cloud account, data migration, monitoring switched on and a handover session for your team.

  • Production release
  • Documentation
  • Handover session

AI solutions

AI that does real work, with a human in the loop.

We build with OpenAI and Claude models, retrieval over your own data and guardrails that make the output dependable. And we will tell you plainly when AI is not the right tool.

  • AI agents

Agents that read your data, take actions in your tools and ask a human before anything irreversible.

  • Chatbots on your content

Support and sales assistants trained on your own documents, with hand-off to a person.

  • OCR & document AI

Invoices, forms and IDs read, validated and posted into your system automatically.

  • Workflow automation

Approvals, reports and data entry replaced with reliable, logged workflows.

OpenAI Claude RAG OCR

For enterprises

Enterprise-grade, without enterprise drag.

Secure, integrated platforms your IT team will approve and your people will actually use, delivered by a team small enough to move fast.

  • SSO & role-based access

Single sign-on, granular permissions and every action recorded in an audit trail.

  • Integrations that hold

ERP, accounting, payment and government APIs connected with retries, queues and monitoring.

  • Compliance designed in

Built around the DPDP Act and ISO 27001-aligned practices, with data residency in India where required.

  • Built to scale

Caching, queues and horizontal scaling planned in the architecture, not bolted on after launch.

Discuss an enterprise build

For startups & SaaS founders

From idea to paying users in a quarter.

A senior team that has shipped SaaS before, so your runway goes into the product, not into our learning curve.

  1. Week 0

    Idea

A free discovery call. We pressure-test the idea and cut the MVP to what proves it.

  2. Week 2

    Prototype

A clickable prototype you can put in front of users and investors.

  3. Week 8

    MVP

A working product on real infrastructure: auth, payments, the core loop.

  4. Week 12

    Launch

Live, monitored and measurable. Then we iterate on what users actually do.

MVP in 8–12 weeks

Scoped to prove one thing well, built so it never needs a rewrite.

SaaS foundations

Multi-tenancy, subscriptions, onboarding and analytics from day one.

Investor-ready demos

A product that works in the meeting, plus the architecture story behind it.

The team

Senior people. No hand-offs.

Founder-led since day one

“Every project is scoped and architected by an engineer with more than twenty years in production systems, and that engineer stays on it until it is live.”

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Still unsure? Ask the engineer who would lead your project.

Small integrations start in the low tens of thousands; a full platform is a six-figure programme. Any number quoted before we understand your constraints is a guess, so we scope first and give you a range with the assumptions attached.

Most projects reach a usable first release in three to five months, with something you can click through every two weeks from week three. Where the scope is genuinely unknowable we price a short discovery separately rather than padding the estimate.

You do, from the first commit. Work lands in your repository and your cloud accounts. There is no proprietary framework that only we can maintain, and no exit fee.

Yes, and it is often the better arrangement. We can lead delivery, embed alongside your engineers, or take a specific workstream. What we will not do is run a parallel process that your team finds out about at handover.

Most of our revenue comes from clients past their first release. Support, patching and the next roadmap are a normal continuation, with response times agreed in writing rather than assumed.

You keep everything: code, infrastructure, documentation and a handover session. We would rather you left cleanly and came back than felt locked in.

Let's build

Have an idea worth building properly?

In a free 30-minute discovery call you will learn what your project really needs, what it would cost and how long it would take. No sales script.
