About us

Twenty years of building software. One standard for every client.

We are a founder-led software company in Barasat, Kolkata. We build custom software for businesses that want a partner who understands their work, writes code to last, and is still around after launch.

Triple A Tech began with a simple frustration. Too many businesses were paying for software they did not own, could not change and did not fully understand.

Our founder has written production software for more than twenty years: from hand-written PHP to Laravel, from jQuery to Angular, React and Next.js, and from shared hosting to AWS. Along the way came CRMs, ERPs, HR systems, booking engines, OCR pipelines and SaaS products for companies of every size.

Triple A Tech was set up in Barasat, Kolkata, to offer that experience directly, with no layers of account managers and no junior teams learning on a client's budget. Today we build for colleges and research labs in Kolkata, for businesses across India, and for clients in Australia, the UK and the USA. The approach has not changed: understand the business first, build only what earns its place, and stay for the release after next.

How we work

Five things we will not trade away

Every one of these has cost us a deal at some point. They are still here.

You see the build, every fortnight

A working increment you can click through, not a status document. If a demo slips, that is the signal something is wrong — and we say so.

You own the code, from day one

Your repository, your cloud account, your licences. No proprietary framework that only we can maintain, and no exit fee dressed up as a migration.

Estimates come with their assumptions

Every number is attached to what it assumes. When an assumption turns out to be wrong you hear about it that week, not at the end.

The people who scope it, build it

No bait-and-switch between the pitch team and the delivery team. The engineer on your first call is on your project.

We will tell you not to build it

Some projects should be an off-the-shelf tool and a spreadsheet. Saying so has cost us work and earned us referrals.
